Adopt Me Trade Calculator

Build both sides of an Adopt Me trade and see if it is Fair, a Win, or a Loss. Relative units cover Legendaries, Neons, Megas, and common potions — updated for July 2026 trading patterns.

Build your trade

Add items to Your offer and You receive. Values are relative units (Shadow Dragon ≈ 1000).

Your offer
Total: 1,000 AM units
You receive
Total: 850 AM units

Difference

-150 (-15%)

Loss (you give more)

Values are relative community estimates (±8% = fair). Demand, demand ops, and scarcity can change real offers — always double-check live value lists before trading.

How to use this Adopt Me fair trade checker

  1. Under Your offer, pick every pet or potion you are giving. Raise quantity if you are offering multiples of the same item.
  2. Under You receive, add everything the other player is putting up.
  3. Read the difference and percentage. Within about ±8% we mark the trade Fair. Above that in your favor is a Win; below is a Loss.
  4. Still factor demand. A “fair” Shadow for several mid-tiers can be hard to complete if the other trader only wants Bat / Giraffe family pets.

How Adopt Me values work (relative units)

Unlike Roblox limiteds (which have RAP from the catalog), Adopt Me pets trade on community consensus. Lists usually anchor on high-end Legendaries — this tool uses Shadow Dragon ≈ 1000 units so smaller pets stay readable. A Frost at ~380 units means roughly 0.38× a Shadow in pure value terms, before demand ops.

Neon and Mega versions are separate rows. A Neon is not always “4× normal” and a Mega is not always “4× Neon” after demand premiums. That is why NFR Frost and MFR Frost appear on their own lines instead of a fixed formula.

Neon, Mega, Fly, and Ride premiums

  • Fly / Ride — potions (or pot status) raise liquidity. Bare pets often need adds.
  • Neon — four same pets aged and combined. Neon Legendaries (Turtle, Kangaroo, Frost line) are among the most traded mid/high tiers.
  • Mega Neon — four Neons. Megas concentrate value; overpaying slightly for a clean Mega is common when downgrading many smalls.
  • Age / pot — newborn vs full grown and pot status can nudge offers even when the name matches the list.

Value vs demand

High-value pets with steady demand (Shadow Dragon, Bat Dragon, Giraffe, Owl, Parrot, Frost Dragon) clear faster than odd mid-tiers of similar paper value. When you upgrade into one big pet, expect to overpay a little; when you downgrade into many smalls, ask for a small overpay so you are not stuck holding hard-to-move inventory.

Common Adopt Me trade mistakes

  • Counting only rarity tags (“Legendary = Legendary”) instead of list units.
  • Ignoring Neon/Mega premiums and offering four normals as if they equal one Neon.
  • Accepting “quick trades” outside the official trade window or with fake middlemen.
  • Chasing yesterday’s hype pets without checking whether demand cooled after an update or egg.
  • Dumping a stable high-demand pet for a pile of low-demand ultra-rares that look equal on a bad list.

Frequently asked questions

How does the Adopt Me trade calculator work?

Add pets (and potions) to Your offer and You receive. Each item has a relative unit value. The tool totals both sides and labels the trade Fair (within about 8%), a Win (you receive more), or a Loss (you give more).

Are these official Adopt Me pet values?

No. Adopt Me does not publish official trade prices. Values here are relative community units (Shadow Dragon ≈ 1000) so you can compare trades consistently. Demand, pot status, and age can still change real offers.

What does NFR and MFR mean?

NFR means Neon Fly Ride (a Neon pet that is flyable and rideable). MFR means Mega Neon Fly Ride. Neon usually needs four same-age pets; Mega needs four Neons. Neon/Mega versions are listed separately because premiums are not a flat multiplier for every pet.

Why can a lower-value pet still be harder to trade?

Value and demand are different. High-demand pets (Shadow, Bat Dragon, Giraffe, Frost) move faster. A fair-on-paper offer can still sit if the other side wants a specific demand pet or ops (adds).

Should I trust random Discord value sites?

Cross-check multiple sources and never leave the Roblox trade window for “middlemen.” Use this calculator as a second opinion, not a guarantee. If a deal only works if you rush, walk away.

Stay safe while trading in Adopt Me

Only trade inside Roblox's official window. Never share passwords, authenticator codes, or “account recovery” links. If someone promises free high-tiers for joining a group or downloading a file, it is a scam. For general Roblox trading habits, see our how to trade items effectively guide.
