Important
1) Identify Your Ban Type
- Warning: No downtime; acknowledgement required.
- Temporary ban: 1–7 days typically; auto-lifts after the period ends.
- Account deletion/termination: Permanent unless overturned by successful appeal.
- Feature-specific action: e.g., voice chat moderation, group/game suspension.
2) Where to Appeal
- Official support portal: roblox.com/support → Contact Us → Appeal an account moderation action
- Use the email tied to your account and include your username and User ID (Settings → Account Info → Copy User ID).
3) What to Include
- Username and numeric User ID
- Date/time of the moderation action (from the notice)
- Short explanation, relevant context, and links/screenshots if they clearly support your case
- Confirmation you’ve reviewed the Community Standards and won’t repeat violations
